Ingredients
2 cups cooked rice
1 cup chopped spinach
1 cup chopped spring onion greens
1/2 cup spring onion white parts
3 slit green chillies
1/4 cup chopped carrot
1 tsp biryani masala
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
2 tsp chopped garlic
Salt to taste
5 tsp oil or ghee
coriander leaves
1 tsp lime juice
Procedure
Cook rice in cooker with salt and cool it
In a pan take oil or ghee and saute garlic, onion and green chillies
Add onion, carrot and cover till it is cooked
Put chopped spinach. spring onion and salt
Add biryani masala, turmeric powder, rice and salt if needed
Mix well, add lime juice and garnish with coriander leaves
Serve hot with raita.
