Ingredients
1 finely chopped carrot
1/2 zucchini chopped
10 french beans chopped
1/4 cup shredded cabbage
5 sliced button mushrooms
5 tsp oil
5 finely chopped garlic cloves
1 tsp soya sauce
1 tsp chilli sauce
1/2 tsp pepper pdr
1/2 tsp vinegar
2-3 tsp tomato ketchup
Salt to tatse
3 cups water
2 tsp corn flour mixed with 1/4 cup water
Procedure
Heat oil in a kadai, add chopped garlic, and fry till they turn light brown
Add chopped carrot and beans with a little salt and cook with a lid covered
Once it is half done add zucchini, cabbage, mushrooms and saute for 5 mins
Add water, soya sauce, vinegar, ketchup, chili sauce. Let it boil for 5 mins.
Now add pepper powder and corn flour slurry and stir continuously till it becomes thick
Check for salt and turn off the flame
Serve hot with deep-fried noodles
