Tadkewala Aloo Ka Raita


Ingredients


2 boiled potatoes

1 cup curd

2 green chillies

1 tsp mustard

curry leaves

1 tsp cumin seeds(jeera)

pinch of asafoetida(hing)

3 tsp oil

1/2 tsp chat masala

1 red chilli

chopped coriander leaves for garnishing

Salt to taste



Procedure

  • In a pan heat oil and put mustard

  • when it crackles, add curry leaves, Hing, jeera, chopped green chillies, red chilli and fry

  • Put potato cubes, salt to taste and fry for 5 minutes

  • When it comes to room temperature add curd to it and mix well

  • Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and chat masala

  • Serve chilled with rice!!
