Tava Chicken Fry

Ingredients

5 boneless chicken piece

4-5 tsp oil

for marination:

1/4 cup hung curd

1 tsp red chilli powder

1/4 tsp chaat masala

1 tsp bhuna jeer masala

1 tsp ginger garlic paste

1/2 tsp pepper powder

3 tsp roasted besan

salt to taste




Procedure

  • Wash and clean chicken pieces and squeeze out all the water

  • Marinate chicken pieces with the ingredients

  • Refrigerate for 1 hour.

  • Roll the pieces in crushed cornflakes or bread crumbs

  • Arrange it on tava and put Lil oil on all pieces

  • roast chicken pieces on both the sides

  • Serve hot with mint chutney, salad and lemon wedges.
