Ingredients
5 boneless chicken piece
4-5 tsp oil
for marination:
1/4 cup hung curd
1 tsp red chilli powder
1/4 tsp chaat masala
1 tsp bhuna jeer masala
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
1/2 tsp pepper powder
3 tsp roasted besan
salt to taste
Procedure
Wash and clean chicken pieces and squeeze out all the water
Marinate chicken pieces with the ingredients
Refrigerate for 1 hour.
Roll the pieces in crushed cornflakes or bread crumbs
Arrange it on tava and put Lil oil on all pieces
roast chicken pieces on both the sides
Serve hot with mint chutney, salad and lemon wedges.
