Tava Paneer






Ingredients


1 cup paneer cubes

1/2 cup red and green capsicum cit into dices

1 onion cut into dices and separate the layers

1 tomato puree

3 +2 tsp oil

1 tsp jeera (cumin seeds)

2 tsp chilli powder

1/2 tsp turmeric powder

2 tsp jeera powder

1 tsp daniya powder

1/4 cup water

salt to taste

Corriander leaves for garnishing




Procedure

  • In a Kadai take 3 tsp oil, add paneer and saute for 2-3 mins with salt and keep aside

  • In the same pan take 2 tsp oil, put jeera and saute capsicum and onion diced, salt

  • Put all spices and fry for a minute

  • Add tomato puree and saute till it becomes a smooth paste

  • add water and paneer cubes, mix well

  • Garnish with corriander leaves and serve hot
