Ingredients
2 cups rice flour
3/4 cup curds/ yogurt/ thayir
1 tsp salt
3/4 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp jeera/cumin seeds
1 tsp white til/ sesame seeds
Water to knead the dough
Oil for frying
Procedure
Take all the ingredients no 1 to no 6 in a bowl, mix well and make a soft dough using water as needed
Heat oil and make chakli or murukku
Fry on a medium flame
Store in an airtight container once it comes to room temperature.
