Ingredients
2 capsicums /Shimla Mirch
1 onion
4 tsp oil
1 tsp mustard
4 to 5 methi seeds
1/2 tsp haldi powder
1 tsp chilli powder 1 tsp daniya jeera powder
2 tbsp roasted crushed peanut powder
2 tsp roasted til /sesame seeds
2 tsp tamarind pulp
some curry leaves
coriander leaves fr garnishing
salt to taste
Procedure
Take oil in a Kadai, add mustard, methi seeds, curry leaves and haldi powder
Add chopped onion and saute for 2 mins
Add capsicum pieces, salt and cover till it is half done
Now add chilli powder, daniya jeera powder, peanut powder, tamarind pulp and mix well
Keep on flame till capsicum is cooked
Garnish with coriander leaves
Serve hot with roti.
