Tilwali Shimla Mirch





Ingredients

2 capsicums /Shimla Mirch

1 onion

4 tsp oil

1 tsp mustard

4 to 5 methi seeds

1/2 tsp haldi powder

1 tsp chilli powder 1 tsp daniya jeera powder

2 tbsp roasted crushed peanut powder

2 tsp roasted til /sesame seeds

2 tsp tamarind pulp

some curry leaves

coriander leaves fr garnishing

salt to taste




Procedure


  • Take oil in a Kadai, add mustard, methi seeds, curry leaves and haldi powder

  • Add chopped onion and saute for 2 mins

  • Add capsicum pieces, salt and cover till it is half done

  • Now add chilli powder, daniya jeera powder, peanut powder, tamarind pulp and mix well

  • Keep on flame till capsicum is cooked

  • Garnish with coriander leaves

  • Serve hot with roti.
