Tinda Aloo Ki Sabji

Ingredients

2 Tindas/ Indian round gourd /Indian Squash

1 potato

1 onion

3 tsp oil

1 tsp cumin seeds (jeera)

1/2 tsp turmeric powder (haldi)

1.5 tsp chilli powder

2 chopped garlic cloves

1/2 tsp amchur powder

1/2 tsp coriander powder(daniya

1/2 tsp cumin powder(jeera)

Coriander leaves chopped




Procedure

  • In a pan heat oil ,add jeera,haldi

  • Put chopped garlic and onion and saute for 5 minutes

  • Add potato cut into cubes and cover with a lid till it is half cooked

  • Add salt to taste, cut tinda cubes and all the spices, and cover

  • Cook till it is cooked

  • Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with phulkas.
