Ingredients
2 Tindas/ Indian round gourd /Indian Squash
1 potato
1 onion
3 tsp oil
1 tsp cumin seeds (jeera)
1/2 tsp turmeric powder (haldi)
1.5 tsp chilli powder
2 chopped garlic cloves
1/2 tsp amchur powder
1/2 tsp coriander powder(daniya
1/2 tsp cumin powder(jeera)
Coriander leaves chopped
Procedure
In a pan heat oil ,add jeera,haldi
Put chopped garlic and onion and saute for 5 minutes
Add potato cut into cubes and cover with a lid till it is half cooked
Add salt to taste, cut tinda cubes and all the spices, and cover
Cook till it is cooked
Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with phulkas.
