Ingredients
2 tomatoes
2 carrots
2 tsp oil
1 onion chopped
1 green chili
1/2 inch ginger
3 garlic cloves
1 bay leaf
3 tsp fresh cream
2 tbsp coconut milk
Salt and little sugar to taste
Pepper powder for serving
Procedure
Wash and roughly chop tomatoes and carrots
In cooker take oil and add bay leaf, onion and saute for 5 mins
Add ginger, green chili, garlic, chopped tomato carrot with 1 cup water and cook for 2-3 whistles
Blend it in the mixer when it comes to room temperature (remove the bay leaf before blending)
Strain it if necessary
Add water and adjust the consistency
Add salt, sugar and make it boil for 5 minutes
Add fresh cream, coconut milk and just give one boil and serve hot with pepper powder
