Ingredients
2 tomatoes
2 -3 tsp rasam powder
Salt to taste
Chopped coriander leaves
For the tempering:
4 tsp oil/ ghee
7-8 crushed garlic cloves
Procedure
Wash tomatoes and chop finely
Cook the tomatoes in cooker for 2 whistles with 3 cups water
Transfer it to a vessel, add salt, rasam powder, and boil it
Drop in the chopped coriander leaves
Temper with the mentioned ingredients
Serve hot with hor rice and papad.
