Topi Masala Dosa

Ingredients


600gms dosa rice

200 gms urad dal

100 gms Toor dal

1 tbsp methi/ fenugreek seeds

1 tbsp sugar

Salt to taste


Procedure

  • Soak rice,toor dal, urad dal, and methi seeds in water for 5-6 hours

  • Wash, and grind into a smooth batter and keep overnight for fermentation

  • Before making dosa add salt, sugar and mix well

  • Make crisp dosas and serve hot with potato bhaji and coconut chutney.
