Ingredients
600gms dosa rice
200 gms urad dal
100 gms Toor dal
1 tbsp methi/ fenugreek seeds
1 tbsp sugar
Salt to taste
Procedure
Soak rice,toor dal, urad dal, and methi seeds in water for 5-6 hours
Wash, and grind into a smooth batter and keep overnight for fermentation
Before making dosa add salt, sugar and mix well
Make crisp dosas and serve hot with potato bhaji and coconut chutney.
