Ingredients
1/2 cup urad dal
1 cup maida
1/4 cup rice flour
1/4 cup chiroti rava / fine semolina
Salt to taste
Oil for cooking dosa
Chutney for serving
Procedure
Soak urad dal in water for 3 to 4 hrs, wash well and grind into a smooth paste
Keep covered for fermentation for 8 hrs or overnight
The next day in a bowl mix maida, rice flour, rava with water and make a smooth batter without any lumps
Mix this with fermented urad dal paste, and keep covered for 15 mins
Heat tava and make thin dosas adding ghee or oil
Cook dosa both the sides and serve hot with chutney or sambar
