Ingredients
15 nos of boiled baby potatoes(don't overcook )
1 tsp peppercorns
6 garlic cloves
2 sprigs of curry leaves
3 dry red chillies
3 tbsp oil
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
Salt to taste
Procedure
In a pan heat 1 tsp oil and fry pepper, garlic, curry leaves, red chillies till garlic becomes light brown in colour
When it comes to room temperature grind it into a coarse paste without adding water
In a non-stick pan heat remaining oil, put turmeric pdr and ground paste and fry for a minute
Add boiled, peeled potato, salt and toss well
Serve hot with rice.
