Ingredients
1/4 cup cut baby corns
1/4 cup gobi florets(cauliflower)
1/4 cup beans
1/4 cup carrot pieces
4 tsp oil
2 chopped onions
2 red chillies
1 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
3 tsp tomato puree
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp garam masala powder
Coriander leaves for garnishing
Procedure
In a pan heat oil and put red chillies and onion chopped and saute for 5 minutes
add cut veggies , Salt to taste and turmeric powder and keep covered for 10 minutes
When it is nearly done, add ginger garlic paste, tomato puree,chilli powder,garam masala powder and mix well
Cook for 5 minutes till the masala coats the veggies
Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot with phulkas.
