Ingredients
50 gms paneer
1/2 cup cauliflower florets
1/4 cup green peas
1/4 cup carrot cut into dices
1/4 cup beans chopped
1/2 capsicum
2 chopped onions
1 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
2 tsp red chili powder
1 tsp tomato ketchup
1 tsp Kasuri methi
2 tblsp khova
For the masala grind the below-mentioned ingredients:
1 onion fried
1 tomato
1/2 inch ginger
5 garlic cloves
3 tsp cashew nuts
Procedure
In a pan heat 2 tsp oil, saute onions and capsicum cubes, blanched other veggies, salt, and cook for 2 minutes transfer it into a bowl
In the same pan, put remaining oil and fry the ground masala for 5 minutes
Add chili powder,coriander-cumin powder, turmeric powder ad fry
Add khova, Kasuri methi, ketchup, fried paneer cubes, salt to taste and mix well
Add 1/2 cup water and make it boil for 5 minutes
Garnish with coriander leaves.
