Vegetable Bhakarwadi





Ingredients

100 gms peas

100 gms beans[finely chopped]

3 potatoes -boiled n mashed

1 cup maida

1 tblsp rava

2 tbsp oil

1/4 tsp pepper pdr

1/4 cup chopped corriander

1/2 cup grated coconut

1 tsp garam masala

2 tsp finely chopped ginger n green chillies




Procedure

  • Mix maida,rava, 2 tbsp oil, pepper pdr salt n sufficient water.

  • Knead to make the semi-soft dough, cover it with a damp cloth n keep it aside.

  • Mix the boiled and chopped beans, potatoes, and peas with salt,corriander, ginger n chilli chopped, coconut n lil garam masala.

  • Make chapati with the dought and spread the veg mixture evenly on it and roll it tightly into a cylinder.

  • Cut it into 1-inch slices n deep fry.
