Ingredients
2 medium boiled mashed potatoes
1/4 carrot grated
1/4 cup green peas boiled
!/2 tsp chilli pdr
1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste
Salt to taste
2-3 tsp cornflour
Mix all the ingredients and make small balls. Deep fry the balls into brown and crispy koftas.
For the gravy:
1 onion,1/2 inch ginger,2 tomatoes,4 garlic cloves,5 cashew nuts, 1 green chilli, boil all these ingredients with 1/2 cup water for 10 mins
Once it comes to room temperature, grind to a smooth paste and keep
Procedure
Heat 4 tsp oil in a pan, put 1 chopped onion and fry till transparent
Add the masala, fry for 5 mins
Add 2 tsp chilli pdr,1 tsp kitchen king masala,1/2 cup milk, salt to taste and make it boil for 5 mins
Add 1/4 tsp Kasuri methi,2 tsp fresh cream, mix well
Adjust the consistency according to your taste, add fried koftas just before serving
Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
