Ingredients
3 slices of seer fish
Oil for cooking
For the paste:
7-8 tsp red chilli powder
2 tsp rice flour
2 tsp ginger garlic paste
4 tsp chopped curry leaves
2 tsp lime juice
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp cumin powder
Salt to taste
Mix all these with little water and make a paste.
Procedure
Wash and clean fish slices
Marinate with the masala paste and refrigerate for a minimum of 1/2 an hour.
Heat tava and keep fish slices on it
Put 2 tsp oil on each slice of fish
Roast on a medium flame till it is cooked.
Serve with hot rice.
