Ingredients
4 slices of bread
butter for toasting the bread
For the stuffing:
1/2 cup hung curd
3 tblsp finely chopped capsicum
3 tblsp sweet corn kernels
3 tblsp grated carrot
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp crushed peppercorns
1/2 tsp sugar
Mix the above ingredients.
Procedure
Take one slice of bread, spread about 2 tblsp of filling
Cover the slice with another slice of bread
Heat tava, apply butter on both sides of bread slices, and toast on a medium flame till it becomes crisp and brown in color
Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
