Zucchini Fritters

Ingredients


1 medium size zuchchini

4 tsp rice flour + 3 tsp to roll it

8 tsp red chilli powder

1/2 tsp asafoetida powder

Salt to taste

Oil for shallow frying




Procedure



  • In a bowl mix ingredients no.1 -5 with little water and make a paste

  • Cut the zucchini into 1/4 inch slices and apply the masala on each slice

  • Roll each slice in rice flour(u can also use fine Rava)

  • Shallow fry it on Tava with oil

  • Serve hot with rice and dal or rasam.
