Zucchini Raita


Ingredients


1 zucchini, washed and grated with skin

1 onion finely chopped

1 green chilli finely chopped

chopped coriander leaves

1 cup fresh curds

Salt to taste

Sugar to taste

1/2 tsp red chilli flakes

3 tsp olive oil(I used refined oil)



Procedure

  • In a pan take oil, saute green chillies and onions for a minute or two

  • Add grated zucchini and saute for 2-3 mins and switch off the flame

  • Once it comes to room temperature, add sugar, salt, chopped coriander leaves and mix well

  • Serve chilled with any rice.
